THE APARTMENTS
At Cotswolds Village there are 40 apartments comprising three combined suites, with 14 one bedroom and 23 studio apartments.
Operating costs are met by means of a general levy, which is paid quarterly in advance.
The levy pays for Council rates, building maintenance, salaries and wages, water rates, village transport, building insurance, workers compensation insurance for common areas, hot water services, emergency registered nursing care, security and general operating costs.
- All meals are provided under a Meal Levy service. A continental breakfast is provided to each apartment by tray service from 7am daily, with lunch and dinner provided in the dining room.
- Weekly apartment cleaning and linen change is provided under the services levy.
- Daily administration of medications can be provided by registered nursing staff and all apartments are connected to a 24 hour emergency call system.
- Personal care services are available for assistance with showering, laundry and ironing.
