THE UNITS

There are 79 two bedroom and 10 one bedroom double brick units, all of which are solidly constructed consisting of three distinct designs arranged in clusters within the village grounds.

The larger two bedroom unit has a separate dining room and en suite and each unit has an individual front entrance,all have been designed so that every unit has privacy.

Garages, carports or parking spaces are as provided under the terms of a lease document.

Residents of the units have use of all village facilities, including the dining room at nominal cost for the mid day and evening meals.Meals can also be provided to Units when needed.
